On Wednesday 24th April Heathlands said "Jambo" and a very warm welcome to Ms Gateh, Head Teacher at our twin school Kathari in Kenya. When Ms Gateh arrived at the School she was welcomed with wonderful singing by 4MB and took part in a special assembly.

Inter-House Games 2013
On the 22nd April, the Upper Juniors had their Inter House Games. The boys did football and the girls netball. Everyone competed in their house teams.
Every house played five matches. Each against the other colour teams. Everyone played really well and came away with smiles on their faces.
Meanwhile, over on the Poors Fields, the boys were taking part in a football tournament. Everyone put lots of effort into it and played really well.
Overall, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to next year.
Report for Uppers by Jonty Adams and Phoebe Davies.
On the 24th April the Lower Juniors took part in Inter House Games. We were really lucky because it was a beautiful day. At the end of the matches we all sat in our House Teams and Mr Matthews awarded the Trophies and everyone clapped and cheered. It was the best afternoon EVER!!
Report for Lowers by Grace Barber and Natasha Smith
