Healthy Lunches by Alana 3M and Lauren 5CC

If you have a healthy lunch you will have lots of energy for the afternoon...

Some ideas are-a sandwich with a yummy filling e.g.cheese, tuna, ham and marmite.

some fruit-apple, orange, banana, pear, strawberrys, melon or dried fruit-raisins or apricots.

some vegetables-peeled or raw carrots, celery sticks, cucumber or tomatoes.

-A yogurt or smoothies.

-A healthy drink- fruit juice or water.

-A healthy sweet  cake- blueberry or banana muffin or an oatie flap-jack
